The Swallows is a late Georgian house situated in an attractive residential area. Seafront and beach are within 300 yards of our house, and Exmouth town centre and station is just a 5 minute easy walk away. If you enjoy walking, the south west coastal path follows the magnificent coastline eastwards which now boasts world heritage status.
