The Swallows is a four star rated late Georgian house, situated in an attractive residential area.
The seafront and beach are within 300 yards of the house, and Exmouth town centre and station is just an easy five minute walk away. If you enjoy walking, the south west coast path follows the magnificent coastline eastwards which now boasts world heritage status.
