Exe cycle way - final link completed

The final section of National Cycle Route 2 @sustrans was opened last weekend, completing a user friendly circle around the Exe Estuary.
The vast majority of this route is off road and makes for mostly flat cycling, as well as enjoying spectacular views accross the final miles of the River Exe.
A new bridge now takes cyclists over the Exeter to Dawlish railway line between the Turf Locks pub and Powderham church. In the summer the circut can use the foot ferries that link Topsham to the Lock Keeper's Cottage and Starcross to Exmouth.
